In the heart of the Adelaide Hills wine region The Bridgewater Mill showcase restaurant, is an atmospheric and alluring backdrop for intimate wedding celebrations, product launches, award nights or corporate events. The circa 1860 flourmill offers understated elegance, historic charm and country tranquillity just 12 minutes from the Toll Gate – within 20 minutes from the city.

The restored Granary of the old flourmill accommodates up to 140 guests (130 recommended maximum for a wedding if you would like a dance floor) and the elevated stage and baby grand piano are ideal for event entertainment, musical performances; contemporary, jazz or classical.

The Millers' Room offers a more intimate size for a maximum of 46 guests with an enclosed fernery and open fire when needed during the misty hills winters.

Available for your private use, the open-air deck overlooking the "Old Rumbler" water wheel and the gardens below is a charming setting for pre-dinner drinks and memorable photographs.
